you don't pay

On September 3, 2003, New York Attorney General Elliott Spitzer filed a complaint alleging that mutual funds operated by Strong Financial, Janus Capital, and Bank of America may have improperly allowed one large institutional investor, Canary Capital Partners, to engage in after-hours trading or market timing. These practices may have negatively impacted all of the other shareholders of the funds involved.

James Mentkowski, together with co-counsel, has filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of owners of shares in mutual funds that may have engaged in improper practices.
